Classical tactile sensors for measurement of single points or scanning, the patented Werth Contour Probe and the patented Werth 3D Fiber Probe expand the range of applications of the measuring machines.

The product line ranges from measuring machines for production inspection to high precision multisensor coordinate measuring machines with length measuring errors in the nanometer range. Linear drives and On-The-Fly technology provide rapid measurement speeds.
